Mr. Naresh Sabharwal founded the Shivam Group in year 1975 with the aim of merging his various businesses i.e. construction, real estate, hotels, turnkey projects and international trade. Mr. Naresh Sabharwal recently constructed a 4 star hotel at Badrinath with about 60,000 covered sq.ft area. This hotel is of international standards providing world-class amenities and conforming to all international safety standards, and to add to its credit the company completed the project in less than one year which is a remarkable achievement at an altitude of 11000 ft.

He is a veteran of the real estate, construction and hotel business, having started his first company in the year of 1975, Mr. Naresh is a highly astute businessman who has achieved outstanding results over the last 30 years. His business acumen has earned him considerable respect and recognition. Mr Sandha, is a legend in the field of business, he has successfully from scratch built different business houses in transportation, in chemicals & metal manufacturing to real estate. A graduate from Army School, he was disciplined and a visionary from very young age. This helped him to develop range of businesses with great success.

These businesses include 100 plus lorry transportation business, with one of the most efficient supply systems, 4 major chemical manufacturing plants in Ghaziabad with major output resource. And a real estate arm with number of successful project delivered over the years.

Brilliant and dynamic, he brings to the table, all the operational expertise required, design verification and validation, product development, process planning, budget & cost control, vendor development, quality systems and project management.

A graduate in Business Administration from Western International University, US. He heads the group's international trade division as well as look after the purchases of land for construction of hotels, industrial, residential projects of the group. He is also handling the group's offices situated in China as well as Dubai for many years.

He has also worked as an independent consultant to various companies in the area of real estate development, construction and international trade for preparation of sound business plans, project reports and solving the typical issues faced by them during the progress of a project.

He is the youngest member of the management having been a very dynamic & hardworking personality. He has been in the business of construction ranging from building societies, residential, industrial projects, roadways project, commercial complex and so on.

He has also handled an export house of readymade garments exclusively dealing in Japanese market thus has a flavor for giving customer oriented products on need basis.

A double masters graduate Mr. Suninder Sandha is a force to reckon with in the real estate business. Inspired by the systematic professionalism in the real estate industry, Mr. Suninder Sandha started his career at a young age of 19 working in family business and developed unique customer systems for production management; client management; raw material tracking; sales tracking; stock management; forecasting and inventory; sales CRM via direct & indirect channels.

A London School masters graduate with diverse business experience in international and domestic (Indian) markets. Having worked with MNC's like Atlantic Finance House, AIG, Millennium Spire, Imperia, as Chief Marketing Executive, Suninder has vast knowledge of both international and domestic real estate.
